Rental Agreement:
Customers contact our office to discuss their project needs. Our company will provide guidance on the appropriate dumpster size based on the type and amount of waste expected.
Delivery and Placement:
Once the rental agreement is finalized, BJ’S Service Group will schedule a delivery date. A truck equipped with a roll-off bed will deliver the dumpster to the specified location. The driver will position the dumpster safely and securely, usually using wooden or metal supports to protect the surface underneath.
Filling the Dumpster:
The customer fills the dumpster with waste or debris according to the terms of the rental agreement. It's important to follow any guidelines provided by the rental company regarding weight limits, prohibited items, and proper filling techniques.
Pickup and Removal:
When the customer has finished using the dumpster or when it's full, they can contact the rental company to schedule a pickup. A truck will return to the site, lift the loaded dumpster onto the bed using hydraulics, and transport it to an appropriate disposal facility.
Disposal and Recycling:
BJ’S Service Group is responsible for disposing of the waste in compliance with local regulations. Depending on the materials collected, they may recycle appropriate items to minimize environmental impact.
Billing and Payment:
The customer will typically be billed for the rental period and any additional fees, such as overage charges for exceeding weight limits or extra days of rental. Payment is usually processed once the dumpster is picked up.
